Your
Role And Responsibilities:
The Database Administrator supports Federal Maximo implementations by leading data migration efforts and ensuring database performance and integrity across platforms.
- Design and execute data migration strategies tailored to Federal Maximo systems
- Analyze source system architecture and data to identify required elements
- Develop migration plans, custom objects, and workflows for data import and validation
- Oversee historical data transformation and ensure alignment with project timelines
- Maintain database performance, integrity, and compliance across environments
- Minimum of 10 years in database administration and enterprise data migration
- Minimum of 5 years experience with IBM Maximo data migration and integration
- At least 5 years experience with SQL Server and other DBMS platforms
- 5+ years experience with data transformation and validation workflows
- Strong understanding of source system architecture and data mapping
- Experience with performance tuning, backup/recovery, and security controls
- Ability to develop stored procedures, triggers, and reporting systems
- Experience auditing and maintaining data integrity across systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance with the U.S. government
- 5+ years experience with Cloud Environments (AWS, IBM Cloud)
- 5+ years understanding of IBM Maximo application, functionalities, and configuration options
- 3+ years experience with Maximo custom object creation and workflow design
- Experience serving as Task Leader or technical liaison
- Experience in federal agency environments
- Familiarity with Federal enterprise architecture and compliance standards
