Clearance: Minimum of a Secret Clearance (can start with an Interim Secret)

Kwaan Bear IT Solutions (KBITS) is currently searching for Project Analysts that can provide analytical, technical, and program support to government customers within DoD and federal environments. This role applies structured analytic methodologies to evaluate project objectives, support contractual requirements, and contribute to successful execution of construction-related efforts and commercial infrastructure programs. The analyst develops, reviews, and validates Scopes of Work (SOW), ensures compliance with federal procurement standards, and facilitates communication across prime contractors, subcontractors, and customer stakeholders.

• Apply analytic methodologies to address government customer needs and support program goals, contractual deliverables, and performance expectations.
• Perform data collection, modeling, analysis, and performance measurement to track project progress, cost, schedule, and risk.
• Support project planning and implementation aligned with contract requirements, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Contribute to project documentation including reports, technical findings, risk assessments, metrics, and dashboards.
• Assist with project testing, validation, and verification activities in support of mission objectives.
• Coordinate activities across government customers, prime contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment with acquisition regulations and program expectations.
• Provide recommendations to improve process efficiency, compliance, and overall project outcomes.
• Support project team objectives, enterprise goals, and mission execution as directed.

• Working knowledge of commercial and federal construction trades, terminology, and best practices.
• Familiarity with federal project management methodologies, schedule tracking, risk mitigation, and documentation practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively with government stakeholders, contracting officers, CORs, program managers, contractors, and customer agencies.
• Demonstrated analytical ability to interpret data and provide actionable, mission-focused recommendations.

• Active Secret Clearance
• 3–10 years of relevant professional experience supporting DoD and/or federal programs.
• BA/BS degree - An associate degree plus 4 additional years of relevant experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree OR 6 additional years of relevant experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
