• Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop business information processing systems. Coordinates with business and technology teams.
• Responsible for overseeing all GDIT provided IT services and ensuring they always remain available to the client. This includes desktops, servers, network, telephony and cloud-based services. In the circumstances where a service outage does occur it is your role to ensure service is restored as fast as possible.
• Coordinating with multiple teams to include high level briefings to client and GDIT senior leadership.
• This role requires high level, time sensitive, decision making, while supporting a high profile large Government client.
• Once service is restored, root cause analysis is completed, to ensure similar outages do not re-occur.

• Education:
  
  Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree.
• Experience:
  
  3+ years of related experience.
• Security clearance level: TS/SCI w/poly.
• US citizenship required.
• Role requirements:
  
  Communication, customer service, and problem solving Must be a team player and have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Must be able to multi-task.
• Shift: Monday - Friday 2200 to 0600 or Monday - Thursday 2000 to 0600.
• Location:
  
  Annapolis Junction, MD.

The likely salary range for this position is $102,000 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
