• Facilitate Scrum Events: organize and lead sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach Agile Practices: guide the team and organization on using Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
• Remove Impediments: proactively identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder progress.
• Support Product Owner: assist with backlog management, refinement, and prioritization.

• Champion Agile Mindset: advocate for Agile values and principles across the team and organization.

• 7+ years as a Scrum Master or similar Agile role in software development environments.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement.
• Experience tracking and reporting sprint progress, team velocity, and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira; responsible for administering the scrum board and ensuring tickets remain updated.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and servant‑leadership skills.
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts and remove obstacles, preventing over‑commitment and scope creep.
• Ability to guide teams to deliver high‑quality code and services through time‑boxed iterations/sprints.
• Experience working with distributed, cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to promote Agile values of transparency, inspection, and adaptation.
• Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS preferred) and secure software development practices is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or similar certification is highly desirable.

$90,000.00 – $ per year, depending on location, experience and qualifications.
