We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead enterprise-wide PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) transformation initiatives across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PLM strategy, digital transformation, Agile program delivery, stakeholder management, and PLM platforms such as 3
DEXPERIENCE (3DX) and Teamcenter
.
- Lead end-to-end PLM transformation programs, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Define program roadmaps, milestones, budgets, KPIs, and governance frameworks.
- Engage with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.
- Drive PLM strategy, Digital Thread, Industry 4.0, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Oversee implementation of PDM, BOM Management (eBOM/mBOM/sBOM), Change & Configuration Management, MBSE, and SysML
. - Provide technical oversight for 3
DEXPERIENCE (3DX), Teamcenter, and PLM system integrations
. - Lead Agile/Hybrid execution and manage program risks, escalations, and stakeholder communications.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading large-scale PLM transformation and digital engineering programs.
- Strong knowledge of 3
DEXPERIENCE (3DX), Teamcenter, PDM, BOM Management, and Change Management
. - Experience with Digital Thread, Digital Twin, MBSE, MBD, and Model-Based Enterprise (MBE).
- Excellent leadership, program management, and executive stakeholder communication skills.
