As a Lead Systems Analyst, you'll be part of our IT – Supply Chain team working as a remote employee. You'll get to:

- Own and maintain the product backlog (features/user stories), including prioritization, refinement, and alignment to business value and capacity.
- Lead discovery and solution shaping for S2C and P2P initiatives; drive decisions across process standardization vs. local variation.
- Drive AI and automation initiatives across S2C and P2P to improve user experience, increase compliance, reduce cycle times, and enable touchless processing (e.g., workflow automation, intelligent intake, guided buying, PO/PR/invoice automation, and spend/supplier insights).
- Act as the project functional/technical lead for implementations, rollouts, and major enhancements (global/regional), coordinating requirements, design, testing, cutover, and adoption.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to define future-state processes and confirm impacts across Procurement, Finance/AP, and upstream/downstream systems.
- Manage functional risks, dependencies, and scope trade-offs; ensure delivery quality and readiness.
- Own end-to-end requirements: business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, control requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Design and standardize processes across:
- S2C: sourcing events, supplier onboarding/qualification, supplier lifecycle management, contract authoring/approvals, contract repository, and compliance workflows.
- P2P: catalogs/guided buying, requisitioning, approvals, PO lifecycle, receiving, invoicing, matching, exceptions, and supplier enablement.
- Ensure solutions support auditability and key controls (e.g., approval traceability, delegation, tolerance rules, segregation of duties, retention).
- Provide functional oversight for configuration of Ariba (or similar) modules and related workflows, catalogs, and supplier enablement settings.
- Lead functional definition for integrations between the S2P suite and multiple ERPs (SAP, Infor, QAD, JDE), including:
Supplier/master data synchronization and POs, receipts, invoices, status updates and exceptions - Partner with integration teams (iPaaS/ESB/API) and data/BI teams to validate mappings, reconciliation, and reporting needs (spend, compliance, operational KPIs).
