Customer Supply Chain Analyst - Hybrid

Overview

As a Customer Supply Chain Analyst you will join the Americas Supply Chain team as a hybrid employee (3 days in the office each week). Your focus will be on improving customer performance and maintaining compliance across the supply chain.

• Maintain Customer Scorecards to achieve KPIs (OTIF, SL, Compliance).
• Maximize Order to Cash by progressing to “Down in a Day” Order Management and achieving weekly 95% Drop to Target cycle times.
• Create and document SOPs.
• Track and report Supply Chain Customer Compliance and develop processes and business models to mitigate compliance fines.

• Solid computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, SAP, Excel, Business Warehouse).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Analytical and problem‑solving ability.
• Time‑management skills.
• BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations Management, or related experience (preferred).
• 3‑5 years of Customer Operations or Supply Chain experience (preferred).
