Job Overview
Customer Supply Chain Analyst – hybrid (3 days per week at the office). The role supports the Americas Supply Chain team by driving performance and compliance.
Responsibilities- Maintain Customer Scorecards to achieve KPIs (OTIF, SL, Compliance).
- Maximize Order to Cash by progressing to “Down in a Day” Order Management and achieving a weekly 95% Drop to Target cycle time.
- Create and document Standard Operating Procedures.
- Track and report Supply Chain Customer Compliance and develop processes to mitigate compliance fines.
- Solid computer proficiency:
Microsoft Office, SAP, Excel, Business Warehouse. - Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, and good time‑management.
- BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of customer operations or supply‑chain experience (preferred).
- Competitive salary range: $62,200 – $100,200 per year.
