Black & Decker (U.S.) Inc. is seeking a Customer Supply Chain Analyst in a hybrid role with three days per week at the office to support the Americas Supply Chain team. The position drives performance and ensures compliance across customer operations.
Responsibilities include maintaining customer scorecards for OTIF, SL and compliance, advancing to Down in a Day order management, creating SOPs, and tracking compliance to mitigate fines. Strong analytical skills and communication are required.
