** The Job:
** As a
** Customer Supply Chain Analyst**, you’ll be part of our Americas
** Supply Chain team
** as a hybrid employee (3 days at the office per week). In this role you’ll get to:
* Maintain Customer Scorecards to achieve KPIs (OTIF, SL, Compliance).
* Maximize Order to Cash by progressing to “Down in a Day” Order Management and achieving weekly 95% Drop to Target cycle times.
* Create and Document SOPs .
* Responsible for tracking and reporting Supply Chain Customer Compliance and developing processes and business model to mitigate compliance fines.

* Solid computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, SAP, Excel, Business Warehouse).

* Time Management.
* BA/BS Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations Mgt, or related experience preferred.
* 3-5 years Customer Operations, Supply Chain experience preferred.

The Salary range for this position is $62.200,00 - $
