Project Manager – Construction (DC / Maryland)

A well-established general contractor operating throughout Washington, DC and Maryland is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This role will focus on managing active commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with field leadership, ownership, and clients.

• Manage projects from award through closeout
• Track schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Coordinate daily activities with Superintendents and subcontractors
• Lead communication with owners, architects, and consultants
• Monitor job costs and support financial forecasting
• Oversee project closeout and turnover

• Corporate office renovations
• Mixed-use and institutional projects

• 4+ years of experience with a general contractor
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes
• Experience working in DC and/or Maryland
• Procore and Bluebeam experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
