• master's degreein engineering, technical, or business discipline and ten years of relevant experience; or a bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical or business discipline and 14 years of relevant experience
• of the minimum years of relevant experience, at least five of those years must include experience providing engineering or technical management for u.s. Navy or other department of defense programs
• demonstrated experience as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the entire contracted effort overseeing multiple areas
• demonstrated experience successfully managing execution of contract requirements
• demonstrated experience as the primary interface and point of contact with the government cor on technical and project issues

• program management experience in direct support of nawcad wolf
• experience managing a large contractor staff (>150 fte)
• experience managing multiple subcontractors

src is a contractor for the u.s. Government, this position will require u.s. Citizenship as well as, a u.s. Government security clearance at the secret level
