This is a significant leadership role with responsibility for approximately 320 FTEs, overseeing multiple critical care units. In addition to the opportunity to influence not only day-to-day operations, but the strategy, quality, and future direction of several of the hospital’s most complex clinical areas.

- RN with strong critical care nursing foundation
- BSN and master’s degrees required.
- Approximately 7-10 years nursing/leadership experience
- Demonstrated success leading people, operations and clinical improvement
- Ability to move between the day-to-day realities of hospital operations and bigger-picture strategy
- DNP and leadership/critical care certifications highly valued
- Experience in high acuity trauma center (I or II), tertiary, academic or similarly complex acute-care environment will help your success
