Overview
Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for an IIM BPO Production Technician!
The IIM BPO Production Technician is responsible for accurate preparation, batching and scanning of client documents.
ResponsibilitiesIf performing document preparation, the following duties apply:
- Log in and out of the Box Tracking System.
- Remove all staples, clips, post it notes, etc. from documents to be processed.
- Repair any torn documents with tape.
- Accurately and legibly copy info from folders.
- Determine if a document needs copying (e.g. severely wrinkled or torn beyond repair).
- Insert a separator sheet and/or copy in the correct place.
- Determine the document type and then which separator sheet group it falls under; some jobs have
