Sun Smith Manufacturing, LLC is seeking a skilled Production Luthier to join our Glen Arm, MD facility. You will work hands-on across the guitar build process, from wood milling to final setup, to help produce high-quality instruments for serious players.
This role requires experience in production guitar environments, strong attention to detail, and a team-first attitude. We offer up to $30/hour based on experience, a full benefits package, and a real opportunity to contribute to a growing OEM
