Travel RN - Psychiatric

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Behavioral Health RN for a night shift travel contract at a psychiatric hospital, working with an adolescent female patient population.

Job Details

• Psychiatric hospital setting with 337 total staffed beds,

• Behavioral Health unit specializing in an adolescent female population,

• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00-07:30),

• Every other weekend required,

• Floating within scope required to meet facility needs,

• No on-call responsibilities,

• Charting system:
Sunrise,

• Free parking available throughout the campus,

• Local candidates are accepted,

Job Requirements

• Active RN license - Maryland or Compact license required,

• Current BLS certification required,

• Minimum 2 years of Behavioral Health RN experience required,

• Driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration,

• Two professional references required for consideration,

• Fingerprinting must be completed in Maryland prior to start,

Additional Information

• RNs may be required to serve as charge RN during a shift,

• Navy blue scrubs required,

• Up to 1 pre-approved RTO request allowed for the duration of the contract,
