Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Nurse II to join our healthcare team in Towson, United States. As a Clinical Nurse II, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our medical staff in delivering exceptional healthcare services.
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
* Monitor and record patient vital signs and symptoms
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
* Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic health record systems
* Assist with medical procedures and operate medical equipment as needed
* Respond promptly to patient calls and emergencies
* Mentor and support junior nursing staff
* Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols
* Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs

Qualifications
* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
* Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
* Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience
* Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency in electronic health record systems
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
* Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
* Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous quality improvement
* Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
* Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move patients as needed
