Job Description
Position Title: Assisted Living Manager/Delegating Nurse
Salary: $100,000 to $106,000
Schedule: Full Time, 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assure the provision of quality services needed and/or desired by residents, consistent with the policies and procedures established by the Executive Director in conjunction with the facility’s ownership and LCS.
- Implement and ensure adherence to operational policies approved by the facility's ownership and LCS.
- Participate in occupancy development through marketing and professional networking with the Admissions Director to assure targeted occupancy goals are met.
- Maintain licensure and certification of the facility; ensure ongoing compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and/or accrediting body standards; maintain current knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Delegating Nurse Duties:
- Observe each resident at least every 45 days.
- Be available to be on call.
- Have overall responsibility for managing the clinical oversight of resident care in the assisted living program, issuing nursing or clinical orders based upon the needs of residents, reviewing the assisted living manager's assessment of residents, delegating nursing tasks appropriately, and notifying the OHCQ.
Qualifications:
- Must have current and valid Maryland RN license.
- Experience working in assisted living and knowledge of assisted living regulations required.
- All new hires must be able to pass our preemployment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test, and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility.
- Some roles may require vaccination status and evidence of immunity to measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella (MMRV).
