RN - ICU

The ideal candidate will excel in developing nursing care plans, implementing effective nursing care, and evaluating the outcomes of nursing interventions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to plan and organize effectively to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in computer programs and analytical skills are also required. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in patient experience and service recovery.

• Minimum of 24 months current experience in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Active American Heart Association ACLS certification
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification
• Must complete NIHSS training within 48 hours if not certified
• COVID vaccine required (declinations not accepted)
• 1 supervisory reference from the last 6 months
• 1 supervisory reference from the last 12 months
