RN Full-time & Part-time Shifts Available:

• Full-time: 7:00am-7:30pm (Every other Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri & Weekend)
• Full-time: 7:00pm - 7:30am (Every Mon & Wed; Every other weekend)
• Part-time: 7:00pm – 7:30am (Every other Mon, Wed, Fri; Every Thurs)
• Part-time: 7:00am-7:30pm (Every other Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri)

Pay: RN $35 - $45 / hour based on years of experience. $2,500 sign‑on bonus paid in installments. Evening/night shift differential included.

• Supervises direct care of residents and nursing personnel on his/her shift.
• Administers direct care as necessary.
• Administers prescribed medications to patients.
• Makes rounds to ensure proper care is rendered in a safe and clean environment.
• Keeps physicians and families aware of changes in residents' condition.
• Assists in developing comprehensive care plans.

• Maintains the self‑respect, personal dignity, and physical safety of each resident.
• Maintains accurate documentation of all care rendered.
• Responds to resident emergency call system.
• Interfaces with other disciplines to assure continuity of care and services.
• Accompanies physicians when making rounds.
• Encourages restorative care in order to obtain maximum resident independence.
• Participates in family/resident counseling, as necessary.
• Assists with the orientation and evaluation of nursing personnel.
• Attends in‑service training and education sessions, as assigned.
• Assures proper functioning of equipment and adequate supplies.

• All nurses must be currently licensed in the State and have current CPR certification.
• Previous experience in nursing, patient care, or other related fields, at least 6 months of nursing experience in a long‑term care setting preferred.

All new hires must be able to pass our pre‑employment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility. Some roles also require vaccination status and testing for measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella (MMRV) to ensure immunity.
