Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Summary:

Holly Hill Nursing and Rehab Center, a 75-bed skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, and memory care facility in Towson, Maryland, is seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a part-time, as-needed (PRN) capacity. As an LPN at Holly Hill, you will provide direct nursing care to residents and patients while delivering exceptional resident-centered care and supporting a positive clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• - Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures as prescribed

• - Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to appropriate clinical leadership

• - Accurately document care provided and resident responses

• - Collaborate with physicians, nurses, CNAs/GNAs, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members

• - Assist with admissions, discharges, transfers, and care planning activities

• - Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements

• - Supervise and support nursing assistants and other assigned staff

• - Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of life

Minimum Qualifications:

• - Current, active Maryland Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing

• - Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program

• - Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire

• - Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills

• - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment

• - Long-term care, rehabilitation, memory care, or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
