Clinical Supervisor (RN) - Weekends Only Join the Holly Hill Nursing and Rehab Center Team!

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Clinical Supervisor (RN) to join our team at Holly Hill Nursing and Rehab Center in Towson, MD. As a Clinical Supervisor (RN), you will be responsible for overseeing the provision of high-quality patient care on weekends, while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

As a Clinical Supervisor (RN), you will be responsible for ensuring that patient care is delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for supervising and mentoring staff members to improve their skills and knowledge. Your expertise will be critical in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, while promoting a culture of excellence and respect.

• Supervise and mentor staff members
  , providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
• Oversee weekend operations
  , ensuring that all patient care services are delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments
  , including Nursing, Rehabilitation, and Medical Services to ensure seamless care transitions
• Maintain accurate records and reports
  , including patient care documentation and staff performance reviews
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
  , identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and outcomes
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
  , ensuring that all aspects of patient care and operations meet established standards

• Current RN license in the state of Maryland
• Minimum 0 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
  , with the ability to effectively supervise and mentor staff members
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  , with a focus on providing high-quality patient care
