• Requirements: MD RN, BLS, CPI, and ACLS required; NIH, OCN, and TCNN preferred

• Provide specialized care to post-op cardiac surgery patients, including CABG, MVR, AVR, and structural heart procedures.
• Manage patients on active inotropic medications, hemodynamic monitoring, and support for extreme coagulopathy.
• Respond to cardiac emergencies such as STEMI/NSTEMI and cardiogenic shock.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adapt to rotating night/mid shifts, with potential for on-call and weekend coverage as scheduled.
