Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Director of Nursing (DON):

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License required
• Previous experience as a Director of Nursing (DON) in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
