- Baltimore/Carroll is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team in Towson, MD. • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and skilled nursing procedures in a home health setting
• Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and changes in condition
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members
• Educate patients and family members on disease management, medications, and home safety
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency regulations and documentation standards

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland
• Previous home health, med-surg, or community nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Own transportation and valid driver's license for home visits
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation
• Compassionate, self-motivated, and able to work independently
