ICU Registered Nurse
- Nights Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

3x12 hour shifts
- Nights (19:00 to 07:30); every other weekend required.

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care to a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics in a fast-paced environment. The RN will be responsible for managing complex patient cases, including surgical and medical diagnoses, while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.

• Administer medication and monitor patient conditions in a critical care setting.
• Utilize advanced medical equipment, including ventilators and CRRT.
• Provide specialized care for patients including those with cardiac, pulmonary, and neurological conditions.
• Monitor and document patient data efficiently using Epic charting system.
• Engage in effective communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience required.
• Active RN licensure in Maryland or compact state.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, CPI, NIHSS.
• Experience managing ventilated patients and performing critical care procedures.
