Are you an experienced RN leader who believes great nursing starts with strong leadership, teamwork, and compassionate care?
We’re looking for a hands-on RN Nurse Manager to lead a skilled team caring for patients through critical and transformative stages of recovery — from post-surgical rehabilitation to stroke and cardiac recovery.

What You’ll Do- Lead by example – Provide visible, hands-on clinical leadership while mentoring and developing your Assistant Nurse Manager and frontline team.
- Build a strong team culture – Promote psychological safety, accountability, collaboration, and clinical excellence.
- Oversee daily operations – Manage staffing, workflows, patient care operations, and resources while supporting efficiency and fiscal responsibility.
- Drive quality & compliance – Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CARF, CMS, and National Patient Safety Goals
. - Develop nursing staff – Coach, evaluate, and support the professional growth of RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and support staff
. - Partner across disciplines – Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, patients, and families to provide coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Be a trusted leader – Build strong relationships with staff and families through clear communication, professionalism, and a compassionate approach.
- Graduate of a CCNE-accredited nursing program
- ASN required; BSN preferred
- 5–7 years of nursing experience in LTC, Skilled Nursing, or Rehabilitation
- 2+ years of leadership, charge, or supervisory experience
- Active Maryland RN License
- Current BLS/CPR through the American Heart Association
- Strong clinical knowledge in geriatric, subacute, rehabilitation, or memory care
- 5+ years of LTC experience at the Assistant Nurse Manager level or above preferred
- Rehabilitation experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
