Seasonal/Temporary

$15.00 - $18.88 per hour. Competitive bonus or commission plan may also be offered.

• Drive sales and build relationships by meeting or exceeding sales targets and connecting with customers.
• Serve as a vision expert, offering tailored advice and recommending eyewear solutions that fit each customer’s lifestyle.
• Enhance your skills with hands‑on training and collaboration with experienced professionals.
• Collaborate with team and leadership to maintain a positive, supportive working environment.
• Create a welcoming store atmosphere by keeping the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Foster inclusion and respect among customers and colleagues.

• Passion for customer service; retail or customer‑service experience is a plus.
• Sales savvy and strong communication skills to engage customers and drive sales.
• Tech‑savvy and detail‑oriented, comfortable using technology for the customer experience and accurate transactions.
• Fashion forward with interest in eyewear and fashion trends.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, and resilient in a fast‑paced environment.
