Retail Development Specialist
The Retail Development Specialist assists customers and sales associates at major department stores.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Additional duties may be assigned.
- Provides product knowledge
- Assists customers with viewing product
- Sells the product to customers
- Assists department store associates with completing sales transaction
Qualifications and experience:
- Sales experience, preferably in a watch or jewelry setting
- Ability to work with others
- Customer service skills – sensitivity and patience
- Must be thorough and pay attention to detail
- Must have good verbal communication skills
Physical demands:
The employee is required to stand for long periods of time. The job may frequently involve stooping, kneeling, crouching.
