Curio Wellness is seeking a Retail Marketing Manager for a 6-month on-site role in Towson, MD. The position focuses on hands-on, in-store merchandising execution across Far & Dotter locations, while developing long-term brand equity and a differentiated customer experience.
The role requires 3–5+ years in retail or field marketing, strong project management, and the ability to travel between stores. Knowledge of cannabis advertising regulations and a Maryland-focused background are a plus.
