We’re partnering with a well-established, design-driven commercial interiors firm to hire a Business Development Representative who thrives on relationship-building and opening doors.
This role is perfect for a polished, organized sales professional who enjoys networking, prospecting, and representing a high-end brand in front of developers, architects, and real estate stakeholders.
What You’ll Do- Prospect and generate new business opportunities
- Attend industry events and networking functions
- Build authentic relationships with developers and partners
- Set up qualified introductory meetings for senior leadership
- Manage outreach and pipeline activity with precision
- 1+ year of B2B sales or business development experience
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Professional, confident, and relationship-focused presence
- Comfortable attending events and engaging in person
- Organized, proactive, and self-directed
- $65K–$85K base salary + quarterly bonuses
- OTE $70K–$90K+
- Full benefits package
