Our flagship Towson store is growing - and we're looking for one more great person.
Do you make people feel genuinely welcome the moment they walk in? If you naturally remember customers' names, make people feel genuinely taken care of, and enjoy helping someone find exactly what they're looking for - we'd love to meet you.
The role involves working directly with clients to identify jewelry preferences and assist with counter sales, building lasting relationships through follow-up and clienteling, and supporting day-to-day store operations. No jewelry experience required - we'll train you. What we can't teach is genuine care for people.
You might be a great fit if... you have at least 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience, people describe you as warm, attentive, and easy to talk to, and you're organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
What we offer includes base pay + commission, paid, hands-on training, and a path to GIA certification with a close-knit, supportive team.
