We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Account Manager position based in the Washington D.C area.

- Field-based account manager role working with commercial property managers, architects, engineers and business owners
- Territory is Washington
D.C/Baltimore area - 1st yr OTE $95-110k+ (Base salary $65-$75K (depending on experience) plus $30K-$45K in commissions + bonus)

- Highly self-motivated and would thrive in an uncapped earnings environment
- Collaborative and works well with co workers
- Comfortable participating in networking and association events
- 2+ years of successful field based account management experience
- Successful track record growing existing customer base
- Someone who is hungry to advance financially and professionally in their career.
- Any experience with BOMA, IFMA or related associations is a big plus
