Maintains a visible security presence and conducts patrols of interior and exterior areas to identify safety hazards and security issues;
Responds to emergencies and crisis situations, including medical or behavioral health incidents, and documents incidents;
Enforces safety and security policies and manages access control points and screening equipment;
Provides customer service and escorts for patients, visitors, and staff, and uses radios for communication;
Complies with post orders and escalates complex or high-risk situations to supervisors
