, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support a welcoming environment, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to site needs, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication while reflecting our agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture with integrity and teamwork.

Pay Rate: $20.40 / Hour

Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Tue 06:00 AM - 02:15 PM
Wed 02:00 PM - 10:15 PM
Thu 02:00 PM - 10:15 PM
Fri 02:00 PM - 10:15 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, common areas, and restricted spaces to help support authorized access, follow visitor-related protocols, and report suspicious behavior and/or policy violations.
• Assist with documenting incidents, completing routine reports, and relaying observations related to security-related concerns, hazards, and/or medical emergency support requests.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess at least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
