Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare setting.;
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, behavioral health concerns, and other critical situations calmly and professionally.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, patient care areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, report unusual conditions or policy violations, and assist with directing individuals to appropriate locations.;
Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and promptly, and communicate with site leadership and emergency responders.
