Baltimore County is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Towson, Maryland. This role involves overseeing building maintenance staff, planning and directing repairs, as well as engaging with contractors. Candidates must possess at least 6 years of experience in building maintenance and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Additionally, experience at the journeyman level in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC trades is required. A valid Maryland driver’s license is necessary for appointment. This position is non-merit and comes with responsibilities that include hands-on supervision and administrative duties.
