As a Service Technician
, you will help maintain the physical integrity of this beautiful community with 301 apartment-homes.

Hourly rate + $750.00 per month rent discount for live-on + medical/dental/vision/401k with company match + quarterly bonus + on-call appreciation bonus + paid training + fun events

• Work closely with your team members to complete service requests and make-readies in a timely fashion with high quality craftsmanship.
• Share your knowledge with coworkers and assist each other when challenges arise.
• Go above and beyond the call of duty for residents to provide excellent customer service.
• Manage your time wisely and communicate throughout the day.
• Anticipate problems that residents might have before they even occur.
• Recent hands-on experience in apartment maintenance preferred, student housing exp a plus
• For the month of August and during other high turn seasons, must be willing to work 7a-7p as needed – with no vacation time permitted during August.
• EPA certification strongly preferred
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, appliance repair and electrical
• Must be willing to participate in the on-call emergency rotation
• Vehicle, driver's license, basic tools
