Perform assigned day-to-day preventive maintenance and on-demand requests from Sales Floor;
Assist with troubleshooting and basic repairs of buildings and installed systems, including plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and electrical systems;
Maintain lighting systems throughout the facility and replace bulbs and lamps;
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams to troubleshoot problems;
Provide excellent customer service and respond to emergencies, escalating as needed while following safety procedures
