Das Project & Field Operations Manager | Baltimore​/Washington, D.c.

Nanehi is growing, and we are looking for a well-rounded DAS professional who can do more than simply manage projects.

We need someone who can lead projects, manage field technicians, work hands-on when needed, solve technical challenges, and represent Nanehi extremely well with our clients.

• Manage DAS projects from kickoff through closeout
• Lead, schedule, and mentor Field Installation Technicians
• Install, troubleshoot, test, optimize, and commission ERCES / Public Safety DAS and Cellular DAS systems
• Read construction drawings, DAS designs, risers, and specifications
• Coordinate with GCs, ECs, Fire Alarm Contractors, Engineers, Manufacturers, AHJs, and clients
• Step into the field and help get the job across the finish line when needed
• Identify problems early, take ownership, and get them resolved

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who can say: I’ve got it.

...and then make sure it gets done correctly.

This is not a remote or desk-only Project Management position.

Some days you’ll be managing projects and technicians. Other days you may be troubleshooting RF issues, meeting with clients or AHJs, or working alongside the field team.

That versatility is exactly what we want.

Regular travel throughout Maryland, Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia, and the Mid-Atlantic is required.

This is an in-person / field-based position. Remote work is not available.
