• Perform HVAC service, maintenance, and repairs on residential and commercial systems
• Install new HVAC equipment and systems
• Diagnose system issues and provide effective solutions
• Maintain positive customer relationships
• Follow safety protocols and industry best practices
• Keep accurate service records and documentation

• HVAC Journeyman License (required)
• Proven experience in HVAC service and installation
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• EPA certification (required)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Reliable, dependable, and professional
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• 3+ years of HVAC experience
• Residential and commercial experience
• Technical certifications or trade school training
