Sphs is seeking a part-time Social Worker/Counselor to support the Child & Adolescent Service Line. You will determine your schedule with flexibility of at least 4 weekday day shifts and 2 weekend shifts each month.
Primary tasks include completing psychosocial assessments for newly admitted patients and providing a wide range of social work services to an assigned caseload in support of treatment plan goals, group programming and discharge plans.
