Join our customer's team as a Psychiatrists (OCD Specialist) - AI trainer and leverage your deep expertise in obsessive-compulsive disorder and psychiatry to shape the future of mental health technology and make them safe for humans. In this unique role, you will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary experts to train and refine advanced AI systems using your clinical insights and diagnostic acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Train AI models with expert-level psychiatry and OCD knowledge to enhance clinical decision-making capabilities.
- Provide guidance on data annotation, case review, and scenario development rooted in evidence-based OCD treatments.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for clinical accuracy, relevance, and ethical considerations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinicians, data scientists, and engineers to optimize model performance.
- Curate and develop comprehensive datasets reflective of real-world OCD presentations and treatment pathways.
- Document training processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of AI systems used in mental health settings.
- Communicate complex psychiatric concepts in clear, concise written and verbal formats to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (MD/DO) with specialized residency training in Psychiatry.
- Extensive hands-on experience diagnosing and treating OCD and related disorders.
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapies and interventions for OCD, such as CBT and ERP.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical assessment capabilities grounded in current psychiatric standards.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for knowledge sharing.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to the ethical implications of AI in mental health.
Preferred Qualifications
- Published research in OCD, psychiatry, or related mental health domains.
- Experience in clinical informatics, digital health, or AI-related projects.
- Contributions to clinical guidelines or evidence-based practice standards in OCD.
