Warehouse Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and supervise a team of 25+ employees. This role is responsible for order accuracy, inventory management, staff leadership, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Oversee order picking, staging, packing, and shipping activities
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage returns
- Use WMS, ERP systems, and Excel to track inventory and warehouse performance
- Train, schedule, and support warehouse employees
- Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and on time
- Monitor warehouse safety, cleanliness, and productivity
- Conduct employee performance reviews and provide coaching
- Coordinate warehouse activities during busy periods and event seasons
- 3-5 years of warehouse supervisory experience
- Experience leading teams of 20+ employees
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, and receiving
- Experience using WMS and ERP systems
- Strong Excel and computer skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy
- First shift, typically 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Warehouse supporting social and corporate events
- Team-oriented environment with approximately 25 warehouse employees
- Occasional weekend support as needed
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Towson, MD.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
