We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Supply and Equipment Tech I to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and distributing supplies and equipment to ensure smooth operational workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming supplies and equipment for accuracy and quality.
• Organize and maintain inventory records, ensuring all items are properly labeled and stored.
• Distribute supplies and equipment to appropriate departments or personnel in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to track stock levels and report discrepancies.
• Assist in ordering and replenishing supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in handling and storage of materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of storage areas and equipment rooms.
• Support other team members and departments with supply and equipment needs as required.
• Document and report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment for repair or replacement.

Work Experience:

• High School Diploma GED (Required)
• 1 year or more of Supply Chain /Warehouse experience may be accepted in lieu of High School Education

• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to complete task assign and coordinate with direct report on additional needs
