Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship Opportunity – Supply Chain Solutions Division

We are looking for Fellows for CoHort 26.3 (Sept 8 – Nov 19 2026) within our Supply Chain Solutions division. This 12‑week fellowship provides hands‑on experience in day‑to‑day operations, P&L responsibility, customer satisfaction, compliance, employee relations, and safety.

• Manage performance of salaried and hourly employees, resolve issues, and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine and meet needs.
• Analyze weekly/monthly P&L statements, provide financial data and operations reports to senior management.
• Conduct Safety & Security meetings, provide training, and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Build and manage effective teams.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Effective interpersonal skills within a diverse team.
• Problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Prioritize, structure, and schedule tasks to meet deadlines.

• Transitioning service member fellows must be within 180 days of transition from military service.
• Currently participating in DoD Skillbridge through Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship.
• Three (3) years or more of relevant military or logistics experience preferred.
• Two (2) years or more of management and leading direct reports preferred.

Salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $65,000 to $80,000 annually, with potential for annual bonus, commission, and long‑term incentive plans.
