Spectrum Builders & Renovations is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager/Estimator to lead complex DoD-related projects from scope development through closeout. You will develop detailed scopes, produce line-item estimates, coordinate subcontractors, and manage schedules and budgets to meet contract requirements.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in PM/estimating, JOC experience, and proficiency with Procore, RSMeans, and Plan Grid. Travel to project sites is required as needed.
