Role DescriptionThis full-time, on-site Construction Project Manager role is based in Tracy, CA. The Construction Project Manager oversees rebar placement projects from planning through completion, coordinating schedules, resources, and subcontractors to meet project milestones and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing project budgets and cost controls, monitoring progress against plans, and addressing issues in the field to keep projects on track. The role also involves collaborating with clients, general contractors, engineers, and internal teams, preparing and reviewing project documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications- Strong project management capabilities, including Construction Project Management and general Project Management skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders, demonstrating effective Project Coordination and Construction Management skills.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and cost control for construction projects.
- Experience in structural or rebar-related construction is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards, building codes, and industry best practices.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with field and office teams.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Relevant education or certifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field are preferred.
- Proven ability to work on-site, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing project needs.
