Associate, Customer Experience

Summary

The Customer Experience Associate delivers exceptional, high-touch service to customers in a care center environment, supporting inquiries and coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. This role focuses on creating a luxury experience, qualifying design customers, and building long-term relationships while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Provide polished, professional customer service via phone and digital channels to identify needs and deliver solutions
• Qualify and educate potential design customers on interior design services
• Collaborate with leaders and cross-functional partners to ensure customer needs are met and escalations are resolved
• Maintain product and process knowledge to drive brand loyalty and revenue
• Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and travel to the nearest gallery as needed

• 1+ years of customer service experience; high-end furniture or luxury retail preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with poise when interacting with high-end customers
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Google Applications
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and deliver first-class service
