Make a meaningful impact during the school year in a specialized Special Education classroom serving students with mild to moderate support needs. We are seekinga qualified Special Education teacher with a California Mild/Moderate credential to support an RSP (Resource Specialist Program) caseload serving students in TK-8th grade in the Tracy/Mountain House area
This is a full-time contracted opportunity beginning ASAP and continuing through May 27th, 2027.
Qualifications- Active Mild to Moderate Education Specialist Credential in California
- Experience working with students with mild to moderate disabilities in RSP settings preferred
- Knowledge of IEP development,behavior support strategies, and differentiated instruction
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Provide specialized academic instruction to students with IEPs
- Support students through anRSP/Resource Specialist model
- Develop and implement instruction aligned with individual IEP goals
- Provide accommodations,modifications, and differentiated instruction
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
- Maintain a positive,structured, and supportive learning environment
